I would honestly see a doctor! It could be anything from too much acidity in the stomach, to a build up of medications in your system irritating your stomach lining, to even something related with your period! I never saw your previous question, but usually when a woman says fire in stomach and period issues I point to endometriosis – especially when its occurring after a period! Endometriomas (sometimes called chocolate cysts) can rupture causing a painful burning sensation in the abdomen and waves of nausea! Endometriosis can also go hand in hand with IBS, which would have similar issues!
