Oh my, I had ALL these symptoms and it turned out to be celiac disease! I started having irregular periods at 15, anxiety about 6 months after that, shaking hands at 18, forgetfulness about 20, hot flashes about 16, sensitivity started about 15, I also had depression and anxiety so I just lump the sensitivity in with that, but yea I was really sensitive! Ive always had horrible headaches and fatigue! I learned last year that I had celiac disease and all of those went away! Its an autoimmune disease caused by gluten intolerance! What happens in your body recognizes gluten as a foreign invader and produces antibodies to attack it! Instead of attacking the gluten, they attack your intestines instead and cause damage! Part of the symptoms are because most of the serotonin in your body is located in your intestines and if theyre damaged, it cant use it properly! The sensitivity and memory problems are from the serotonin issues! The rest is because your body is starved for nutrients! Your intestines cant absorb the vitamins and minerals so your body starts to shut down! It basically cuts off the reproductive system because thats not vital for survival and it slows down your metabolism, which explains the fatigue! I dont know what causes the headaches, but theyre super common among celiacs! The shakes are called ataxia! I had it really bad, I thought I had MS because I kept falling and dropping things! Its pretty much gone away with the diet! Its actually a very common disease, about 1 in 100 people have it! Here are some links, let me know if you have any questions, I accept pms:http://www!csaceliacs!org/celiac_symptoms!phphttp://www!celiac!com/articles/1106/1/Celiac-Disease-Symptoms/Page1!htmlhttp://digestive!niddk!nih!gov/ddiseases/pubs/celiac/edit: oh and by the way, I was told for a long time that it was in my head and that I just needed to snap out of it, including by my own mother! Its an autoimmune disease that hardly anyone looks for and is quite often misdiagnosed! So you can tell all the people who tell you youre overreacting that they can shove it!
