Why do I always get fever blisters after my lips get chapped?

Getting blisters with chapped lips is a common problem! Try applying lip balm regularly to prevent this from happening! Any Suggestions here?

    Its a cold sore! I myself get them usually on the upper lip!I never once spread it to my boyfriend either! But the blister will come back to the original area!Cold sores are caused by the virus known as herpes simplex type I (HSV-1)!
