How do tampons work?

A tampon absorbs your menstrual flow, or blood, before it has a chance to leave the body! Tampons come in all different sizes! Any Suggestions here?

    they work 100%! you wont have any problems just change it when its filled and u wont have any leakage! i swam on a team for 10 years (6 days a week) so i experienced a lot of tampon swimming!!! never ever had a problem!
