What does vitamin B12 help with?

You need B12 to make red blood cells, which carry oxygen through your body! Not having enough B12 can lead to anemia! It will not help depression! Any Suggestions here?

    It depends on the reason for your hair loss! If it is natural male baldness then I wouldnt expect vitamins to make any difference! However, if you have alopecia, then this can certainly be caused by a B12 or other mineral deficiency, such as zinc or magnesium! It is safe to supplement with B12 but I wouldnt do it for zinc or magnesium as you can take too much of these! Best idea is to get your levels properly tested to see if any of those mentioned are deficient!
