    I recently bought a nice stainless steel pan. Never had one before. I’m having trouble using it though. Gets hot really quick and food really sticks. Do you have to season these things or just use tons of butter?

    the problem happenes in stainless steel, aluminium, heavy cast iron skillets, or even my well seasoned wok ……. and it drives me nuts, I get the same thing with omelettes too, whether I try slow medium or fast cooking …………… how do top chefs avoid this ?

    I have a new stainless frypan and things seem to stick during cooking. I have heard of creating a nonstick surface using by heating oil and adding salt, then rubbing it into the surface. Any suggestions anyone?

    I am thinking of getting aluminum or stainless steel. Are these easy to clean? As long as I use oil, there should be no problem, right? I don’t want to have to scrape out food stuck to the bottom every time I use it. Or should I go with nonstick?

    I have to use stainless steel since i cant use any type of non-stick pots & pans since it’s deadly to my parrot! however everything sticks and i end up using alot of oil and food still sticks!!! ! is there a trick so that food won’t stick? Thank you =)
