How do you get rid of fat feet?

Buy a pair of high heels that you can fit into! Walk in said heels! The shape of the heels REALLY exercises the muscles from your hamstrings, to your calves to your ankles! Do not buy tight shoes, these can expand foot tendons and make your feet larger! ! Any Suggestions here?

    That whole idea behind weighttraining and stunting your growth is completely overused! I started weighttraining when I was a twelve-year-old and now Im 22 and 60! At your age I would definately take advantage of weighttraining because your hormones are at an extremely high level! Since you are new to training Id advise you to do full-body routines on a three to four day split! Stick with the basics such as rows, bench press, squat, deadlift, etc! You can work your arms as well, but it really isnt necessary since theyre already involved in the compound exercises I suggested! I cannot completely specialize a routine for you because your information is limited, and different things work for different people; however, everyone can benefit from compound exercises! Id also advice you to eat enough food because if you arent consuming enough glucose, your body will start to deplete protein stores in your body, and thereby limit your muscle gains! The more muscle you have the faster your metabolism is, and the easier it is to reduce bodyfat! Also look into HIIT for your form of cardio! Lastly, study! Every individual is different!
