What is a healthy weight for a 15 year old girl that is 5’2?

    In my opinion. A good weight it in between 104 ish and then 130 or 40. I myself am 5’2″ and I weight 114 pounds. I don’t eat as healthy as a person really should be. But I’m still happy with my weight and figure.

    I’m 16, and 5’2″, me being healthy at 15 I was at my highest weight of 108, but idk what happened. Now I weigh 94-97 pounds. I guess I’m still healthy.

    east plenty of fruit and veg and keep awawy form fat foods! chips pizza are a definate no, on the nutritional information on the back of the packet have a look, its god for someone to be interested in this especially at your age! make sure the fat and saturates are low fats definatly under 10g and assaturates definatly under 5g per 100g! this will give you a good balance of food! but more importantly get plenty of exersise for example take up a sport or recrerational activity like football basketball kickboxing or something! thats how to keep healthy and happy!

    Averages are so narrow, so according to BMI standards for a healthy weight for someone that's 5'3", healthy If you are 5,3 then your ideal weight would be around 115 pounds, or 52kgs. What is the average weight of a 5' 15 year old girl?
