What is the best exercises you could do to tone your stomach and butt?

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany! His method uses the mind to control the muscles and focuses on the core muscles which help keep the body balanced and provide support to the spine! Any Suggestions here?
