What is the best sport for a muscle builder?

The sports that would most benefit students looking for a fit body are swimming, wrestling, soccer, football and track! All of these sports have certain aspects which get you in shape! on! Any Suggestions here?

    HeyFirst of all you are very young so your body and your muscles are still changing and evolving!Forget about diet cause that is not the way to get in shape (muscle wise)!The best way is to eat well and do sports that make your body lean and strong but not bulky!So:eat porridge, bananas, rice, fish, avocado, eggs, apples and berriesSports:swimming, tennis, squash (moderate), jogging and light weights at the gym or at home! If you exercise with lighter weight and high repetition your body will be strong, lean and fit!So for your age it would probably be good to do 2-3kg of weights (max 5kg!) and do around 3 sessions of 10 repetitions!Try!To see the results you need to carry on doing that twice a week – sport and to eat good for about 3 weeks!Good luck!PS- just read you are exercising!
