Can anemia lead to leukemia?

Fanconi anemia often develops into leukemia and other cancers! This isn’t the same as the common Iron Deficiency Anemia! ! Any Suggestions here?

    No!Leukemia may cause anemia! Normochromic normocytic anemia is just a descriptive term of the cell color and size! Nothing really helpful in this situation! It doesnt really matter, you do not diagnose leukemia by looking at size of red cells!But the reverse is not true! Anemia doesnt cause leukemia!And most of the time people with anemia the cause is due to iron deficiency, blood loss, etc! Normochromic normocytic anemia is more associated with anemia of chronic disease!
