To use a crab trap, place the bait in the middle. You can use a piece of fish that's been cut in half or quarters, or use hot dogs or chicken. Tie the bait with string. The crabs go inside to get the bait, but they can't get out because there are parts of the trap poking inside that prohibit it.

    I wanna take a video in my crab trap. however my camera is rated at 3m under water and not sure about flashlight. is there any way I can get those down to 6-10m deep water. such as an air tight glass jar or something that I can put my camera and flashlight inside and affix it onto the crab trap?
