    I have a room about 375 sq foot. I know it usually takes one 9000 BTU Air conditioner to cool a room this size. However, I want to put two or three air conditioner in this room. What size BTU of each should I get?

    I need something that’s quiet and has 2900-3300 BTU cooling capacity. I want to use it to cool my room to no less than 68° F when I’m sleeping.
    I would use a window air conditioner, but I don’t have a double-hung window.

    I bought a 11000 btu portable ac. It is cool in my room but the other 2 rooms and hall way are still warm. I have all the fans going but it doesnt seem to be helping much. all 3 rooms are right next to each other and are blocked from the rest of the house. Is there anything else I can be doing?

    My entire apartment becomes an oven every day in the summer. My girlfriend & I sleep with two regular floor fans pointing at us and it’s still not enough! Are there any other types of fans that work better to cool an entire room? How do they compare energy wise?
