It sounds like youre congested! That could be from allergies or a cold or a whole list of things! Im betting on allergies! Some people have weak blood vessels in their nose and are prone to nose bleeds! Ive seen people with them, but it only acts up when their allergies are in overdrive and they blow their noses too often! Sudafed works by shrinking the blood vessels in the nose, and that can cause a weak vessel to pop and have the same effect! For either one of those, the bleeding wont be heavy and it wont last long! You said you had a fever?? That could be just a weak infection in the respiratory tract! That could blow out a blood vessel and cause the same problem! Unless the bleeding is heavy, theres no reason to worry! It could also be a side effect of the pills you took to normalize your pulse! My resting pulse is 88/min and that actually runs in the family! Some people just have a faster pulse than others! The things you find online or in text books will give you the *average* pulse rate! To get that, they have to average tons of numbers, so there will be people with rates that are much higher or lower than the one you can find! As long as youre healthy, you really dont need to tinker with it!
