How do you know your appendix is going to explode?

If you have abdominal pain, nausea and even vomiting, loss of appetite fever, rapid heart rate are all signs of appendicitis! Any Suggestions here?

    You would have severe pains in the lower right of your abdomen (usually goes to the belly button, from the rib cage, etc!) You might throw up a lot and have a low fever, or other flu symptoms! You feel nauseated, might be constipated of have diarrhea! You will probably be in a fetal position because the pain is so horrible!
