    Do you count the first day you bleed as day one? I know that when tracking ovulation that this counts as day one, but is this how it is counted in general? We’re ttc #2 and not having much luck despite tracking ovulation with an OPK.

    So I came off of bc ( the patch) in early December. Ever since then my period has been haywire. I recently took plan b and then got a light period that lasted for 4 days. Does that count as my last menstrual cycle or what??
