What are symptoms of a blood clot in the head?

If someone has a stroke, chances are they suffered from a blood clot if they have high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc! ! Any Suggestions here?

    The symptoms of a stroke are similar to a lot of perfectly normal things! However if you start getting really confused or disorientated this could mean a stroke! You probably just have a migraine (I would know as I frequently get them) but if it persist for what you view as an insane and unbearable amount of time, I would see a doctor! I mean if you wak up and still have it at like 1:00 pm!
