    if you want to loose weight from your stomach the best thing to do would have absolutely nothing to do with your stomach at all! exercising your abs will actually not burn fat around your abs it will burn fat from the last place your body stored it -everyone stores fat differently, some people have most of their fat on their stomach others on their legs and when thats full it goes other places! the point is to burn fat you have to burn calories 1Lb of fat is ~3500 calories or 3 hour of fast butterfly for a 150lb male or like 4 1/2 hours of fast freestyle!
